New Kiln at Ryan Intermediate!
CLICK HERE to hear a message from Ava, Kylie, Rachel and Isabella.
Thanks to a grant from the GLCS Foundation and matching grant from the GLCS Fine Arts Foundation, Ryan Intermediate's Art Teacher, Mrs. Hahn (pictured upper left holding a piece of bisqueware), was able to purchase a new kiln. Now, students may use their imagination to create beautiful works of art from clay. "Curators," Ava Vanlerberghe, Kylie Arnold, Rachel Anderson and Isabella Blake, unload fish bowl glazeware from the kiln and prepare the masterpieces for distribution.
Just ONE of the MANY ways that the GLCS Foundation is working to enhance and expand education at Gull Lake Community Schools!
