Congratulations to Stephanie Tenorio-Lares
who was awarded $40,000 from the
James R. Ryan Family Foundation Middle School Scholarship. June 2020
The Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation has a history of helping our high school graduates take the next step…college. Generous Foundation donors have funded scholarships to those Gull Lake students whose achievements and needs set them apart, helping students offset the cost of their education and making an investment in their future and ours.

In 2019-2020, the Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation awarded $106,800 through 50 scholarships including the James R. Ryan Family Foundation Middle School Scholarship awarded to Jaxson Nufer, an 8th grade student, looking ahead to his Gull Lake High School graduation and beyond. This annual $10,000 college scholarship is renewable over a four-year period, up to a maximum of $40,000.

Currently, there are twenty-four (24) Gull Lake High School graduates attending college with renewable scholarships.
