SCHNEIDER, James Ryan, Age 26 Of Richland, MI.
Died Saturday, January 5, 2008, in Milan, Ml. James was born on December 23, 1981 in Kalamazoo, MI and was the son of Robert J. and Paula A. (Rider) Schneider. He was a 2000 graduate of Gull Lake High School and was an IT professional. James was a member of Gull Lake United Methodist Church. He was a true lover of music, but his passion was the light of his life, his daughter, Alexis. On July 2, 2005 at the Gull Lake United Methodist Church, James was united inmarriage to the former, BillyJo Lambert and she survives. Also, surviving is his daughter: Alexis Addison Schneider; his mother: Paula A. Schneider of Richland; his father and step-mother: Robert J. (Mary) Schneider of St. Augustine, FL; his brother: Christopher (Brandi) Schneider of Battle Creek; two sisters: Theresa "Tracy" Schneider of Richland and Rachel (Chris) Nelson of Plainwell; his maternal grandmother: Hilda Rider of Richland; his paternal grandfather: Edward T. Schneider, Sr. of St. Augustine, FL and two nieces and a nephew. James was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Clinton A. Rider and his paternal grandmother: Miriam Schneider. At the request of the family, friends may call on Wednesday, January 9th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gull Lake United Methodist Church, 8640 Gull Road, Richland, MI, 49083 and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the Church. The funeral service to celebrate James' life will be held on Thursday, January 10th at 11:00 AM at the Gull Lake United Methodist Church with the Rev. Stephen M.G. Charnley, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Prairie Home Cemetery, Richland. Memorial contributions in James' honor may be made to the Alexis A.
